We accept payment via PayPal. Your item will ship after payment is received. PayPal is easy to use and secure. You don't even have to have a PayPal account you can simply pay with your credit card.
Your item will normally be dispatched within 3 working days. We use Royal Mail Track and Trace, which (for UK) should reach you within 2-3 working days.
If you need you item quickly please send an email to email@example.com and we will aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible.
In countries where postal tracking is available your item will be tracked and/or signed for.
If for any reason there is a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you to discuss.
Returns and exchanges
Please contact me immediately if you are not happy with your purchase. Please let me know why you would like to return or refund for your item.
Returns & Refunds
The returned item must be unworn and unwashed in the same packaging in which it arrived. If you would like a refund then the full amount for the item(s) price will be refunded to you once we have received the product in the condition described.
International returns to the UK must include a completed a customs declaration (form CN22 or CN23) which should be fixed to the package.
The declaration includes a description of the goods, the value and whether they are gifts or commercial items. Any Post Office abroad should be able to give advice to the sender. Ufurria cannot be responsible for paying import duty on your returned item - completing the customs declaration will ensure this does not happen.
Please note that postage fees are not refundable.
Items lost, delayed or damaged in transit
All items are carefully packaged securely by our own team, handed over to Royal Mail.
Ufurria cannot be held responsible for items that become damaged, lost in transit or undelivered. All items will be tracked and/or signed for in countries that have a tracking / signed for service (please check that your item can be tracked to your country from the UK)
Customers are entitled to file a lost item claim 30 days after dispatch (Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until approximately 25/30 days have passed since dispatch)
A claim for a tracked/signed item that is considered lost or damaged can be made through Royal Mail. Successful claims will result in a refund or exchange.
Claims for lost or damaged items cannot be made 3 months after dispatch date.
All our products are manufactured using faux fur. Due to the process of manufacturing the fabric, there may slight differences in the colours of the fabric from the images shown.

Ufurria products should be wiped clean with a damp sponge. We do not recommend that you wash the products or put them in a tumble dryer. Some products may be dry-cleaned but we do not recommend that detachable rosettes are left on the products or any products with leather finishes are dry cleaned.
To keep your Ufurria products looking as good as new brush them with a sisal or teasel brush. You can also use a hairdryer to fluff up the pile.
The rosettes on some of the Ufurria range can be removed (these are secured with a brooch clasp). Each rosette is made by hand and sewn using beads, creating a unique finishing touch.
