** All items in our store typically ship within seven (7) days of purchase. However, hand made items may take up to three (3) weeks to ship. If the order will take three weeks to ship, it will state it in the post. Please be sure to check the shipping time listed in the post to ensure your order will arrive within the time frame you will need it if you are ordering for an event with a particular date.
**We currently offer international shipping on all men's tie sets, men's accessories and infant items at a rate of $7.20. We currently do not provide international shipping on our dresses, but we are diligently working to resolve a way to ship our dresses to our international Customers for a reasonable price. Please stay tuned!
** Returns are only accepted on "new" merchandise orders that have arrived to the Customer damaged or defected in some form. If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your item, and we will provide instructions on how to return your item and issue you a full refund of your purchase price and your shipping charge.
Please be sure to check your body measurements and compare them to the measurements listed on our item prior to your purchase. We are NOT able to accept returns due to Customer ordering the incorrect size. Thank you for for understanding.
** There are no returns on Consignment Items. Since consignment items are being sold on behalf of a third party, all consignment purchases are final.
** There are no returns on "Gently Used" items. These items are sold as is.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
We sell our merchandise on various platforms and sites. Because of this, there may be a time when a size goes out of stock before we have an opportunity to update all of our selling platforms. We work diligently to ensure that this doesn't occur, but occasionally a customer may purchase an item in a particular size on one of our sites before we have had an opportunity to update our available selection on that site. If this happens, the Customer will be immediately notified that the item they have ordered is out of the stock in their requested size. The Customer will be given a full refund within 24-hours, and will also receive a discount promotional code that they may use to obtain a discount on a future order.
